Largo Raffaele Petazzoni. Rome, 2 May 2022 |
On 2 May,
the end of Ramadan, the holy month for Muslims, was celebrated with the big
Prayer of Eid-il-Fitr.
The day started early with the first prayer shift at 7.30.
Largo Preneste |
Each mosque and Islamic association has organized several shifts of prayers in three places of Tor Pignattara: from Largo Preneste with the Greater Dhaka Somity, to Piazza Bartolomeo Perestrello with the Islamic Institute of Rome and to Largo Raffaele Petazzoni with the Tor Pignattara Central Mosque where the shifts of prayer continued until 11 o'clock due to the large influx of faithful.
Piazza Bartolomeo Perestrello |
The day ended as every year with hugs, children's games in the parks, and family reunions for lunch and celebrations.

Subhanallah.. May all our good deeds be accepted and may we reach another Ramadan.

ReplyDeleteMuslims need to celebrate the arrival of Aidilfitri with a sense of gratitude and joy.
ReplyDeleteAidilfitri is to celebrate the success of people who have performed fasting in Ramadan.
Muslims all over the world celebrate Aidilfitri with the same purpose even in different places.
This is to show the strength of the followers of Muhammad Rasulullah for the same purpose in seeking the pleasure of Allah.
Thanks a lot for your support 🙏
DeleteAlhamdulillah. Eid mubarak.
